Automatic Filling Down functions accuracy up to 0.1 gram with automatic adjustment function!
产品特点：
1. 独立的触摸屏界面，50格的充绒设定，型号数不限。
2. 自动称重精确度至0.1克，具有自动调节功能。
3. 高速充1-10克，用约三秒钟即可完成充绒。
4. 可选择使用独立的双充绒嘴模式，称取羽绒，可以提高充绒效率（1~3克无等待时间）。亦可当选择单充绒嘴模式，适用于量 大的羽绒填充（3~10克填充无等待时间）。
5. 单充绒嘴模式，使用2个电子称，在10克以内无需等待，可连续充绒。
6. 双充绒嘴模式，使用1个电子称，在3克以内无需等待，可连续充绒。
7. 要求工作气压0.6MPa以上。

New Upgrade Design Systems Features:
1. Independent touch screen can set up 50 strips setting and unlimited styles.
2. Automatic weighing accuracy to 0.1 g, with automatic adjustment function.
3. You need only about three seconds to complete the filling process for 1-10 gram down.
4. Can either operate independently the option with Two Weight Control function to improve the productivity (for 1 to 3 gram no waiting time), or if you select single nozzle mode, which is suitable for filling large amount of down. (for 3 to 10 gram no waiting time).
5. Select single nozzle mode and using two electronic scales -- within 10 gram without waiting time and can continue to fill the down.
6. Select two nozzle mode and using one electronic scale -- within 3 gram without waiting time and can continue to fill the down.
7. Require air pressure 0.6MPa or above for the operation.
8. Provide more working area.
9. All the existing Flow Control Filling Down Machine can be upgraded to New Design features (with weight control functions) and can choose both functions operate at the same time or independently.
